Greetings
I just made plans for a forcepike in 3D CAD
I was hoping to be able to get it CNCd out of aluminum
the length is 122,3cm (the 501st approval is 122 minimum)
It's made from 3 pieces which can be screwed together

What are the dimensions for your pike going to be? What is the estimated cost in printing material and time to print? Are you printing it solid or will it be hollow? Most printing software provides an estimation of material and time.

Sorry for all the questions, hopefully the information will provide a good baseline for comparison as another method of making a pike.

Great looking pike. It should be about 4 foot long. The tip looks great. I love how it separates in 3 pieces. Mine is only 2 sections but won't fit in my tub properly as a result. I just carry it separately to troops. The tip should not be sharp as it's dangerous to carry and kids may try to touch it.

Not to hijack a thread, but you can find a pool cue case that will work. That should allow for protection and easier carrying.
