I'll work on the files to share with all of you. Except helmet.

Several folks have done this also. Note with this - parts will need to be scaled to the individual.

Fantastic, I am going to pick up some paper and start on a shoulder tomorrow after I get it scaled.

Just be sure that pep file has the raised ridge on the shoulder pads. They are needed for approval. Otherwise im gonna look into this thanks for the hard work to put it together.

It does have the raised detail. Ill post pictures once I'm done assembling, but for now here is a screenshot from the pep viewer.

Making it out of Pep is fascinating but a lot of work i believe.

This is a good start you will just need to bondo and resin to stabilize and to also smooth the top edges to make it a good flowing part.

Yes, Fiberglass, resin and bondo will be needed. but how you see the size?
