I'm painting my helmet and having problems matching color of outer robe. Wonder if there is anyone with info of painting a fiberglass helmets? I was told that Krylon banor would be a good color for me but still not matching, any thoughts?

If you could give a neutral lighting picture I could help with the color reference on the fabric. Where did you get fabric from?

Most helmets in germany are painted with automotive colours.
The colour itself is called magmared for Mercedes Benz Cars.

sorry was on vacation.... its Empire Velveteen red from joann fabric in the usa. A close color would be Krylon's banner red or apple red. May have to start over totally. Not looking good rite now.
