Hi All,

how critical is the helmet, size, shape, roundness,width, pointedness etc etc

Are there variants ?

The shape is pretty much set in stone. There are various suppliers, but the all have the same shape.

Some are bigger than others as documented in various posts here on the forums.

Stripes said it best...there are no specific measurements that must be hit (ie. width of the visor opening...distance from shoulder to shoulder ect). It's the overall shape and look of the helmet that matters.
