The burgundy boots would not be acceptable. The red ones, may work... but without seeing more angles, it's hard to say...

The second pair looks like the only pair I've ever seen another guard wear that wasn't black Jack boots.

One Question again (sorry for use your post), are these okay for RotJ Guards:

The straps would have to be removed and hopefully the part that is folded down over the ankle could be pulled back up. I'm not the final word though.

Maybe i could try it...

with how scrunched up the boot appears to be (by design) I would be leaning towards saying no on these... but unless I can see in person photos with the straps removed I cannot say 100% one way or the other

Need to find some boots too. And prefer if is in Europe.

They should be fine if you remove the straps and pull up the top, so it isn't scrunched up. Here is an image of them in my ROTJ Royal Guard build with the "mods":
