Hi guys,
do you think, this will be right colored fabric for inner cloth?

That fabric is a satin, it will not work. It is a shiny material. You want to look more for something like broadcloth or gaberdine that has a flat finish. Barring that, you can explore velvet or velveteen, but be warned that this makes an already hot to wear costume even hotter.

Linen was my choice. It breathes, is hardy, and takes dye well.

I used the same plush triple velvet for shell and lining -- red for the outer, dark burgundy for the inner. Gives it the right weight and drape, and I've survived wearing it in both Georgia and Florida in August. *heh*
