Saw this stuff this morning, it's a Stainless Steel Coating, a type of automotive resin which can be used on various materials to give a stainless steel look. I've never used it, I don't endorse it, just saw it and immediately thought of force pikes made of pool cues and knowing how tough it is to get the right look.
