The whole rig looks great. Very exciting for you I'm sure. Good luck on the submittal to your GML.

Approval from the GML came in this morning! Application submitted to 501st, and is now in their hands for processing.

Thanks everyone that helped contribute to this, all help has been greatly appreciated.

If there's anything of interest that was done in my WiP, let me know and I can consolidate things into a more useful cohesive guide as opposed to navigating the 8 or so pages of different things I was doing at different times.

TR-12380 has reported for duty. Did a tri-fecta troop yesterday for May the Fourth Be With You: 1) local TV station for their morning show, 2) a book store, and 3) a charity fundraising dinner. Quite the busy day for the first full troop. Sore and stiff today, but worth it!

Things have started off with a flurry. I've created a Tour of Duty thread here: http://forcepike.net/forum/viewtopic.php?f=40&t=2409

First two of three troops, at different venues, on May 4th I made it onto the city news, and was just as busy on May 7th with 3 troops at different venues. Ottawa ComicCon was May 13-15 and I was there all day. I've got more pictures flying by Facebook than I know what to do with, and I keep finding more.

It's been great so far, and my two cooling fans have been amazing. Went for 4-5 hours in a row on one ComicCon day and I was not overheating, which was "Impressive. Most Impressive."
