Get A Hasbro DH-17 Blaster , they're quite light
The holster would more than likely be leather, but would need to match the inner robes. Although I'm not sure.
I'm getting one for my ROTS guard, so i 'll let you know how I do it

Nice! Yeah I actually have one of the toy blasters just would have to get the kit to make it proper and paint it. Will look forward to seeing how you work it too. Might be something I consider doing and adding honestly.

WOOHOOO!!!! So waiting to get the TR number but GML approved us Friday morning and hit the Hamilton Con today for our first troop! Soooooooo freakin AWESOME!!!
Loved every minute of it and soon as the gang loads up some pics will share! Couldn't turn Cabbage's force pike into a selfie stick so.....

Absolutely loved being in the costume though and everyone was so welcoming and wonderful. managed to make it nearly 90 mins, the kids loved us.... so excited for our tr numbers and to be all official.

Thanks! Yeah it was awesome to get the approval and then be trooping today?! So awesome! Just had so much fun and the garrison was fantastic in being so welcoming too. Made it really easy to come in and be part of it all.
