The pattern is Vogue V7949. You can buy directly from the company. I used the D glove. These are women's patterns though so if you have really large hands they probably won't work. I think they will fit most though.

I applied the paint and clear coat to my helmet!! I put my velvet against it to see how different they are. They look pretty good. Not quite exact, but so close. This picture was taken is very bright and direct sunlight.

So shiny!!!!

You have to remember that a helmet and fabric are going to have different textures, so with that being said we strive for folks to have as close as a match as possible to the helmet.

This helmet and the color turned out very good.

I was able to try everything on together. I still need to hem everything and I might change my inner robe to gabardine so the velvet lining slides easier. I'm pretty happy with it overall, but please let me know what I should change before I do the finishing.

I think this looks good to me.
Just make the hem and show us some pictures after it.
