Hip plates, I printed a point to tie them down inside the ab



For the chest, I used the hook, velcro, and magnets to hold it in place... lost the hook so printed it off pictures I had of it





Back Cape, I simply velcroed it on




Shoulder detail, more velcro


Shoulder to Bicep connection, added padding on the top to raise it so it doesn't slouch while wearing it.

Adding lights to the Electro-Halberd

For how narrow and little space there is to add any lights to the halberd, I decided to try out LED Filament Wire I saw I think in a TESTED video by Norm.

Can only find it on Aliexpress for the length I needed with I used 360mm. 460mm DOES work... but it much harder to install as there's a lot of extra length to deal with. Link to what I purchased



This is how I wired mine and glued them in, I used a 3.7V lipo battery with a board to recharge it with a micro USB C.
IMPORTANT, if you do anything like this YOU MUST use a resistor of 15 Ohms (on each LED) to drop the voltage to 3V to the LEDS. If you run too high of avoltage than intended, it can heat up the LEDS very HOT and burn them out.

The Halberd is the Empire 3D file however I heavily modded to add the electronic into the housing of the blade instead of inside the staff.

Ok going to try to make a case for my Electro-Halberd I modded from the Empire 3D files

I mainly based my references off the Hot Toys figure weapon as most of the screen images are bit too blurry to get exact details.



The blade some of the details I did try to mod from the show before the Hot Toys came out but this image was one of the cleanest I could find.



It has a "saw tooth" pattern on top of the blade that I see a lot of people miss for one example, the hot toys shows it as well

There seems to be a top plate on top of the main housing of the blade as well, here's a comparison of mine to the Hot Toys




The Ferrule, again really no clear shot in the show but here is my take, I tried matching the sockets? best I could





The Main body of the staff, I noticed there is a detail top and bottom of it there is a long slotted detail that is on all 4 sides. I think this tripped up a lot people thinking there is a collar that sticks out in the center of the staff as the end of the slot looks flared out
