Thanks for all the tips CrimsonGuard. I was planning on putting at least 2 fans if not 4 in there. I have many other costumes like TK and TI, this one is far stuffier. There is very little air flow. I will put a little padding and start on the fans. I am gonna call my seamstress shortly to get an update.

So I had some time to put in some fans and some padding. Here is a pic of my mock up and then the finished result.




This next picture is a comparison of the fabric to the helmet. This isn't my exact fabric. This is my fabric in velveteen, I got the velvet version which is the same color just a little shinier. It looks like a pretty good match to me.



I talked to my seamstress earlier today. My inner robe is done and she said my outer robe should be done "soon". Can't push her too much as she is my aunt and doing it for free haha. Can't wait to get it all together.

Wow getting it done for free is a bonus. Looking good. Fans are ace. I might add an extra too as I swelter in there. I bought anti-fog cleaner for visor too as I tend to fog up.

No real update on the build, but I got my helmet bag from Wally. Its awesome. The pictures don't do the "helmet" details on the bag justice. Its an awesome bag!






And my wife found this Tsum Tsum at the disney store.


Next up on my to do list is adding hearing assist. I can barely hear anything in this helmet and when I put the fans on I can't hear a thing.
