Here's an image of my outer robe and the Don Post helmet on a mannequin. As stated in an earlier post, it has been repainted. The visor opening has also been widened. The below pic is missing the visor on the helmet, but I also made a red visor similar to my fiberglass helmet one.

Well, it has been almost exactly a year (plus a few days) since I've posted any updates on my ROTJ Royal Guard build. I have had a super hard time finding red suede boots that actually fit my size 11.5 feet. And after giving up and buying materials to make my own, I found and purchased these:







They are flat heel, red suede, slighly pointy toe boots that are a women's size 12. They actually fit me perfectly

So was the boots the last thing?

LT, I wish. I still have two final items to complete before I can say I'm finished

1) I need to attach the spikey rasp to my force pike. I was able to get a set of resin ones from tb750 last week and they still need to be sanded, glued to my rasp base, and painted. 2) I need to fill and smooth out small imperfections on my Royal Guard helmets. My Don Post helmet could probably be considered done, but I don't like the current red paint job on it. My fiberglass helmet is still raw from when I first got it. Hopefully with the warmer weather, I can concentrate on working on those remaining items and finally join the ranks of the 501st Sovereign Protectors.

Another quick update. I was able to cross off one of the two remaining items of my costume. The ROTJ Force Pike Rasp piece is now complete. Here is an image of the rasp and my fully completed Force Pike.






The last item is my helmet. I'm in the process of re-repainting my Don Post one. It is primed and ready for several coats of red and clear coats. This build is turning out to be my longest one
