I agree with LT that not everyone's helmet fits the same. Alot of it also is going to depend on the size and frame of a trooper. It would make sense though that someone who is shorter and narrower across the shoulders would almost have to trim their bucket down to make everything else fit more proportionately to their body type considering the extra armor pieces not associate with a regluar TR.
