I also realized in the above picture and in replaying the game just today(in the training section you can see them upclose) that they are wearing High glass carbon color armor, not black. It almost looks like carbon fiber armor.

So if the CRL is supposed to be exact to the Lucasfilm universe, then we should get correct info in this section, "The Force Unleashed Shadow Guard".

Carbon High Gloss armor and helmet.

Black flight suit no pockets.

Take another look at the Saber pike. It's mostly staff and very little Saber. Its more along the lines of 6ft total with a 2-2.5ft Saber.

I like this Royal Guard with the added effect.
The advantages of this one is that there is no armor ; just the lancesaber.

Those are just sketch drawings on ideas on the costume design.

Is it possible to realize and use this concept, with the saberpike, like in drawing ?


If it's only a concept version, I would like to realize this one just for fun with Darth Maul's saber custom to create the saberpike.

To have an helmet with mobility (like in the game), it would be interesting to realize an helmet in latex material.

I would go more with the shorter sides like the episode 3 guard for that.

Can I take it that the Shadow Guard CRL is still a work-in-progress? My GXO and I will be attempting to make one.

PS - looks like Star Fortress is also making Shawdow Guard parts, though the shoulder bells look wrong (they probably used Cody bells).

Already seen that and have had to show some folks the correct bell pattern.
