It did earlier this year, however it was changed to remove the black boot option for ROTJ. ROTS still has the "caveat" of black boots, and AOTC is black boots only, no red boots. I think if the black boots are still acceptable for ROTJ, the CRL needs to spell this out for GMLs. There are simply too many costumes for GMLs to be able to remember "off the books" rules for approvals.

I have size 14 shoe, so it is hard for me. I found these

side note on this, I was talking with IB about their boots, and their line-up now goes up to size 12US now (was only going to 11 before).
