Got a bit of progress to report. My jackboots came in.





I have also started work on the force pike. I am using a pool cue, pvc in line check valve, o-ring, heat shrink tubing, and plastic syringe.

I started by cutting the bottom off the check valve, sanding, bondo and more sanding.












Then I used a pvc coupling and some o-rings to create that greeblie near the tip. Will permanently attach later.




That's where I am up to on the force pike. I also received some swatches of red velvet/veleteen and burgundy gabardine.



My biggest issue it that since I am 6'2" I need to find material that is 58" wide to fit the patterns to my height.

I have finished my force pike. Still waiting on my helmet, but have finished making the pattern for my size. I will be sending it to my seamstress.

So here is what I did for the force pike. I used a plastic syringe for the tip along with some modeling epoxy and bondo.








I then glued some o-rings on the shift for the grips.


Next I covered the o-rings with heat shrink tubing which was cut to size after it was shrunk.



After that was primer and silver paint for the top half of the pike.



Next was primer then black and silver paint on the bottom half of the pike.





Here is the finished product. I am relatively happy with it. The paint could have been a bit better but I like it.

I have ordered my helmet and fabrics. The fabrics are being sent directly to my seamstress. Hoping she can get it done quick as my helmet should be done near the end of the month.
