I pretty much fixed the warped area. Used a hair dryer and a wooden spoon for support. On to the next part of this project. 
I know I need to cut out the visor area

In this picture that is up to the edge that the plastic piece is now, correct?
Secondly, I am thinking about getting the FP black smoked visor to replace. I like the black better, but I don't know if it prevents the user from being seen.
Ordered a bunch of fabric samples for the outer and inner robes. I think they arrive next week sometime.
