I can be a bit obsessive about stuff. I just had my one year anniversary in the legion and I've already got 6 approved costumes, working on two and another but it's not an official.

So, I have a question: What is the preferred method of attaching and keeping the ab plate in place? And are shoulder bridges required?

Most people i know with a shadow guard use velcro inside the front plate and the belt or the suit to fix it there.
Shoulder bridges should be used and covered by the helmet.
Please correct me if i am wrong with that Leigh.
The CRL is currently under work to give a better description.

Yeah, the CRL says nothing about the shoulders. I might go with snaps to hold the ab plate up to the suit and some Velcro at the bottom for the belt.
