Here is a link to a shot of me in the Dragon Con parade. Its a good shot to show the difference between my robes and the flat fronted ones.

Here is another shot that shows much closer. It also shows That the problem with the swag neck I have is that it doesnt always lay flat at the lip and needs to be adjusted by a handler periodically

I'll try to get a few more shots with the bucket on/off so you can see how its put together.

....The neck fold give the robe a better look...my seamstress has figured out a way to make that but she has to made a complete new robe( so I´ll slide this project until next year)
.....and as you mentioned above that´s the main problem of the neck fold.
