Post by uoresu »

So I'm looking for where I can get a great set of leather gloves that will match my costume?

I found some great leather gloves at the mall. They are isotoners and look great. Check out your local JC Penneys or Younkers stores. Mine cost around $25 and come up over the wrist. Since they are a womens sized glove I always get the largest size (I believe it's a size 8) and have no problems. However, if you have larger hands these may not work.

I took a risk and ordered from Ebay. I only spent $10 and have not received them yet as they are coming from China. I figure, if it doesn't work as planned, I'll have a great pair for winter in Wisconsin. If it does work, I'll consider it a great find! If all else fails, I know that leather gloves at the mall should go on clearance soon enough.

Note: Leather gloves should have all accessories removed from them.

You might also want to check out motorbike gloves.... you can sometimes find nice red ones with minimal addiitons and they are quite comfortable in all weather and conditions

I *heart* the gloves I got- they came today! Zero accessories and a bit longer so they sprunch up a bit onto my forearm. I think they'll be a great addition.
