Hey I came across this black flight suit on ebay. Wondering if it would work and for $14 plus shipping I won't mind pulling out some of the zippers. I think the Stormtrooper chest armor would cover the two front pockets and the rest of the pockets just have to be removed or at least the zippers would.

The flight suit that you showed, has a problem with the sleeve pocket nothing would cover that.(That might be a hard pocket removal) Depending on how tall you are, the kama would cover the hip pockets, and the chest armor for the chest pockets.
