i personally think the chest piece sit too low. By looking at the side pic, you could shift the chest up and back plate down a bit to even it out. Think at those 2 part being a clamshell, where the sides that cover the ribcage should be as mich lined up as possible.

Try also to make the bottom of the left shoulder stick on the undersuit. Either an elastic across the bicep (might make the suit bulge even more), or with either snap or velcro.

Thank you guys for your help! With some fluffing and shifting of things around a little I was approved!
Now just need to wait for my pike to arrive in the mail. In the mean time I'll make my first troop in the new kit at DragonCon this weekend!
