Building A FU Guard?

Post by Squirrel »

Hello, all!

I've recently come into possession of an old, outdated, and unbuilt FX stormtrooper kit from a friend. As it is in no way acceptable for 501st Stormtrooper detachment approval, I thought I might be able to use it for a Shadow Guard, as I already have a helmet and plans for a regular RG.

The CRL seems a bit messy, with no pictures, so I was wondering if anyone had time to help me work it out. I have one of the primary pieces of development artwork everyone usually references, but I want to be certain I'm getting it done correctly.

Your assistance is appreciated! :shadow:

I'm not familiar with the kit you are referencing, but the only thing that would be useable is the front chest plate, and maybe the back plate if there no OII marking on it.

And I'm not sure where you looked for the CRL, but all 3 guard from the FU have clear pictures.

The shadow, royal and senate guard from the force unleashed are all identical, except for the color of the armor, kama and elastic on the boots:

I went back and forth between all 3 to check pictures as some on the royal are a bit more clear because of the contrast compared to a shadow. Use the link above to check.
