My abs plate has a flat section on one of the end. Logic would make me use it to put velcro and secure the belt in plate (still have to cut it down a bit since it’s too long. But i’m not sure on how to interpret the crl. I know you can’t have the plate below the belt, but does it have to be on top of the 3 ridges, or can the 3 ridges ends at the belt?
