Of the new costume components, this is one of the easier ones to describe as it is very visible on the promo image and in screenshots.

What we know:
- Finished in the same gloss red as the rest of the armour.
- Overall shape is of a quarter-sphere enclosing the top of the shoulder. It is longer in the horizonal aspect as compared to the vertical aspect
- The lower corner on both front and back are cut at an angle.
- There is a groove present starting from the corner where the lower horizontal edge meets the angled cut. This groove is angled outwards to follow the contour of the bell and ends on the same corner at the other side of the bell.
- There is a 2nd piece extending down from the lower horizontal edge of the bell. It follows the curve of the bell and starts a few inches from the corner of the bell. The vertical edges are rounded and are not straight
- This lower piece is not completely flush with the upper bell, you can see a slight gap in the promo image and in screenshots.
However the lower piece is not separate from the bell as it doesn't flap around independent of the upper bell during choreo.
- The outer edges all have a raised ridge on both the lower piece and upper bell.
- The entire shoulder bell is not attached to the bicep as you can see it flapping around during action scenes.
- Attachment and strapping. I would guess some sort of elastic/fabric going from the top of the bell to the top of the yoke on the chestpiece, and I even think you can see it during one scene, but I could well be imagining things.
- Similarly, is there some sort of loop that wraps around the upper arm that keeps the bell in position? I don't think so given how much the bells move around especially during the final fight scene.
- Overall construction. Is the upper bell on top of a lower bell that has the lower edge exposed, and thats the lower part we see? Is the lower part a greeblie that attaches partway up the inner surface of the upper bell?
- Exact measurements. We'd need to get our hands on the actual costume for scaling.
