Gathering Materials - What I Have So Far
In my research, I've found a few things I think would work as far as gloves, the boots, and the helmet.
Would it be acceptable to 3D print the helmet? I know I would have to be very careful with sanding well and finding the right color paint if it's allowed. It has 30 pieces:

I found these gloves:

And also these boots. I obviously would not fold down the boot, and might even hem it to be at half calf length.

I have found some bright crimson fabric at my local Hobby Lobby, as well as burgundy linen.
Thoughts/advice? Thanks!

Helmet is more suitable for a TFU Guard as the shoulders are too smal.
Gloves are not acceptable for any guard.
Boots are not acceptable cause they have a heel.
Sorry.

That's why I ask here before purchasing. Thank you!
I haven't had much luck on other options for boots or the gloves. Suggestions of where to look?
I'd really like to avoid getting the Rubies if I can help it... any suggestions?

I've not seen a 3d printed helmet used for this costume as yet... with the heat that is involved it may not be the most stable... especially with that many pieces.
You'll want to get samples/pictures of the fabric for review before purchasing.

Awesome, thanks! I'll get pictures of the fabric I'm thinking of in the next few days. Other than Rubies, is there a cheaper approved helmet somewhere? I'd like to avoid it if I can

What's wrong with the velvet?
