Re: Canadian ROTJ
Big brown box day!!! I was rather surprised to have this show up so quick but it was a happy surprise none the less!!! Is the robe a bit long in the last pic, it's hard to tell bundled up.
Re: Canadian ROTJ
Is that robe on backwards? I would think the zipper would be in the back. Where is the arm slit?

Re: Canadian ROTJ
It's on the right side, guess I should have stuck my arm out or something.

Re: Canadian ROTJ
So a potential uh oh, looking at the robes, when I have it turned the right way, the arm slit is on the left side not the right, where it should be. What should I do???

Re: Canadian ROTJ
ROTJ use their Right hands more than their Left hands. The left hand is exposed when Vader tries to see the emperor unexpected.

Re: Canadian ROTJ
I guess I should have clarified, to me it seems like my robe was made backwards, here's a look at it from the front, you'll be able to see the arm slit is on the left side.
Re: Canadian ROTJ
It also sadly looks a bit tight on you, almost like wearing a sleeping bag (maybe a picture with an arm out will help?). Not sure how it will hold up. Also not sure with this one, but other measurements from other vendors have at least asked for hands on hips to try and get that wider arch look, rather than the straight up and down.

Re: Canadian ROTJ
Well, there are shoulder pads in it which would give it that visual effect I think, is it possible to save it, should I email him???

Re: Canadian ROTJ
I have to agree... the costume is very tight and not the flowing robes you would expect to see with a royal guard. I don't know that this is something that can be salvaged as it would need more material and a lot of sewing help.
Re: Canadian ROTJ
Going to agree on the tightness factor, and definitely not enough material there to pinch and get the swag folding required in the crl too from the look of it.
