I was able to work off some early hires photos and was lucky enough to get a pre-released jakks figure. Other people have also been gracious enough to send me detailed pics to help me with my build.
To start off, my team and made plaster casts of our FOTK chest, back, abs and shins to modify into the praetorian parts

While i started 3d modelling the basic shapes of the helmets (first time 3d modeller). waste molds of these basic shapes were made and casts were done in plaster as well. Details were added to these plaster casts.

I did the same with the arm sections.

Once the masters were finished, silicone molds were made and the armor parts were cast in our flexible fiberglass mix and the helmet in rigid fiberglass.

For the soft parts, I did my best to find the pebbled texture used but the closest i could find locally was this textured faux leather. I hope it will be enough to pass muster:

Undersuit is made of textured synthetic leather with jersey and mesh used in the hidden sections. Not perfect but i think will pass for basic. Skirt is fleece/wool.

I rigged everything up in one night.

Sent everything to be painted and here it is!

Some notes:
Vision is excellent
Mobility is good
Difficult to wear and will need a handler.
Have to add padding inside the shoulders to center them have to add another spacer to the top shoulder plate to keep them from sagging.
Still working on the Knight and Mando variant helmets
