Where to find boots?

I'm looking for boots for my ROTS, the approved list says the black jack boots can be worn. But at the end it talks about the boots being red. Anyone has any clarification on that as well as what boot should I get? I'm thinking of the black jack boots but I don't want to make a double purchase if I'm wrong.

To explain this about. Before vendors where doing boots. Red Boots where hard for some individuals to get. AOTC is the only official Guard that wears Black boots. The other two Officially wear Red but we allow Black as an alternative.

There are Two well known boot makers that make these Red Boots.
One of which I helped them design the Red boots based on the ROTS boots.
