Need help with AOTC Red Guard in Jacksonville Florida
I have been working with this costume for a while and one thing that I have not been able to get to work is the outer tunic. I have not completed the helmet either and if possible would like help with it as well. I am in Jacksonville Florida and any help would be appreciated.

Hi.
What is the exact problem?
You can find the pattern of the outer tunic here in the forum.
And the helmet should be painted to match the colour of the outer tunic.
Please give us more information and we will try to help.

I have seen the pattern and have been trying to fit the pieces together however the shoulder seams do not line up with the seams on the front and back of the tunic. In other words I have not been able to join the sides of the tunic to the front and back. Has there been any problems like this and if so what would the solution be? Has anyone possibly purchased a working pattern? I have already completed the inner tunic without any problem at all, the outer tunic however has been the problem for me.

Hi Guardian99!
I'm StarGuard, first, I would like to know your height, It decide what kind of pattern you must choose.
While, I will draw a sketch to show you how the two pieces are joined. I hope to help you.
