Hello, maybe I'm wrong but the boots look very glossy on the picture and you need non glossy boots. Also you have to remove the Pin on the top of the Boots.
Boots: Black, texture less, leather/synthetic leather (non glossy) “Jack” boots, squared toe (rounded toe in ladies styles are acceptable), with a relatively conservative heel, no visible straps/buckles, or ornamental stitching; that reach high enough to cover the wearer's ankles.

I'm just learning my way here, but it seems that these are PVC or rubber like and the CRL states leather or leather like.

Those are rubber boots which are not acceptable.
