That looks great!

I'm currently working on a Senate Guard but having trouble finding good (and relatively cheap) velvet fabric to use. I have some upholstery velvet which is a good colour but it's too stiff and doesn't drape well. Where did you get your velvet? Sorry if you mentioned it and I missed it.

At my local place , Québec city, Canada,

I bought in a store specializing in fabrics. The name of the product would be:
Spendex velvet, royal blue.

I don't have the exact product number.

Thanks for that. I searched a couple of local New Zealand fabric places online for Spandex Velvet but found nothing. I have a couple of local options but they are both a bit dark. It's a shame shipping to NZ is so expensive. I'll probably just go with the cheaper option which is a stretch velvet and hope it's ok.
