But a Big problem : the outer robe is like EP2 or EP3 ref robe for imperial guard ?

You can look up Cristooher Works on fb for the Senate Guard helmet.
As far as soft parts. Outer robe is 4 panels but. The back and sides are sewn together, leaving the front open from elbows down. My wife made mine, my daughter and several others.
