For modifying the Don Post helmet, adding the extras for a Crimson Empire helmet, as well as painting, padding, speakers, fans, etc.

Anyone have any experience with heat gun on the edges of the rubies guard helmet to make it more even?

Don't get too close to it and set it on the very low setting. The plastic that they used for those 1990's helmets are very well known for warping bad.

Is there any difference in the quality of plastics between a normal (or one made in the 1990’s),Rubies Royal Guard and the Supreme Edition that was made in 2016?
