That turned out to be a pretty good rasp. Nice find. As anyone who has tried knows, a good looking ROTJ style rasp is almost impossible to find. Thrift stores are my favorite place to shop. I've found all sorts of good costume material and parts at them. :trsuit:

Would this same method work with a pool cue and be approvable?

absolutely. Pool Cues are a cheaper version of ski poles.
