Pike wip

Post by TankReady »

So, while my seamstress works on the robes, I started working on my pike.

here are some of the things I'm gonna use. Maybe.
Couple years ago I found a random staff thingie in the storage at work, I promptly brought it home thinking it might come handy one day. It had an ending part looking like a window wiper, I sawed it off, and now that i got a dremel I cleaned the bad cut I did with the saw.
The lenght is slightly less than 122cm (should be 117 or smthing) but once I put the pommel and the tip I should be fine.
The pommel is a piece I found at a brico store, should be the foot of a table or something.
The tip was another random thing I found at the brico store in the sink aisle. Bites me what it actually is used for.
The tube should become the rasp part, but its the one I'm less happy with.
Also, since the color of the actuall staff looks to me pretty ok already, how am I gonna be able to make the tip match it?
