It's looking good. the gloves aren't right though.

"Royal blue leather gloves with no extraneous straps/buckles or ornamental stitching.
The gloves should be long enough to cover the wearer’s wrists. Gloves that are long enough to reach to the middle of the forearm are preferable. Gloves are worn over the top of the inner robe sleeves."

more of a gauntlet style is needed.

I’m doing the one from Phantom Menace and I read those characters have different gloves from what you described me with the Senate Guard from the other movies.
