It will mean a lot to me if I were to be approved to join the 501st legion. My grandma and uncle helped me get this costume for Christmas one year, my grandma sadly passed away recently, this month. Anyways, I have been taking it extremely hard and rough lately, I have been struggling to think positive, and its causing my mental health to go down hill in a negative direction. I am starting to feel a bit better now, not by much by no means, but, a little bit better. Its mainly grief, and sadness. She had always been there for me my entire life, so has my uncle. Its the thought that counts, not the gift. The gift is like, a treasure to me, its more valuable to me because she is no longer with me and my younger brother.

Anyways, have a wonderful day/night/morning/afternoon. My timezone is EST, Eastern Standard Time. I am thinking positive a lot now, and doing alright, there are days I am down, and depressed, and sad, which is understandable. It would help me a lot if I were to be accepted in the 501st legion, it has been my dream since I was under 18, and still is today. I will be turning 21 this November on the 28th, so, yep, I will be 21. My brother is 17, and he will be 18 next year in January. If you don't know my name, Its Joshua, last name Is Blackerby, middle name is Paul. Nice to meet everyone here, this is a wonderful community and I hope to be apart of this community extremely soon.

Hello, Joshua! Welcome and good luck with the submission! Is this for the ROTJ version of the costume? The only things I noticed is that you have leather gloves and the center sash is usually connected in the back and has a 1 inch strip in the middle. :tr:

Yep, this is for return of the jedi. I didn't know that the belt, sash, had to be like you stated, I knew it is not suppose to be shown, so, I put it in the inside of the robe, inner robe part, for the sash, it fit great, everything fit great. I lost weight, and still losing weight, which is good, so, I fit into it better. I possibly didn't have it connected right or it shifted, it happens, it more than likely shifted due to the weight it puts on me, when I sit, stand, etc, everything shifts, so, that may be a bit of a problem, I am not certain, it should not cause any problems, I hope not. I really want to get approved and accepted in. Anyways, have a wonderful night. My timezone is EST, Eastern Standard Time, so, its night. Anyways, overall, the outfit fits to a T.
