3d Printer Imperial Guard Helmet

Post by Gurgi »

I am thinking of printing my own helmet and wanted input on if this helmet would pass and work?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

It will work for any version. The rots tfu guards are just a slight narrower at the base.

It also comes with both a narrow and wide shoulder version.
(I have the files)

Unless you have a small head you'll want to print it bigger though.. I'm currently looking at 110 to 115% for the next print.

Great to know, I have a large head. I also just saw WTF is making buckets as well. I may get the files though as I can print them anytime.
Thanks for the feedback and I am starting my build thread with acquiring items I need.

I'm actually working on setting up a prop shop.

Resin versions of a guard helmet are definitely planned for the future, once we make a couple of these and then improve them

I used these files to print off a helmet but have just been told that they aren't good enough for approval. Has anyone else had luck in getting them approved? Does anyone know of a different set of #d files to use that are approved?

Any help would be greatly appreciated as everything else on the customer is good to go.

What did your GML say was not inline to be approved?

I would also be curious on this as several folks have used this with no problem in the past.
