I used an all temperature glue and glue gun. This seemed to be a better option than a low or a high temperature glue (high might have melted the helmet, low might have melter when the helmet is being worn).

Just to chime in... I've got 8m (a meter being about 1.1 yards). I am almost 6'3" tall and about 250lbs. Hopefully this helps a little.

Those white guards are more of a grey in the Wii version, not really bright white, unless it's later in the game as I haven't finished it all off as yet.

I remeber some quite lengthy discussions on the old boards prior to the crash about the whole 4 slit issue, however I don't know that any concensus was reached on wether we should consider it cannon for the 4 slit for ROTS and 2 slit for AOTC....

Nice work. Fortunately for me the DP helmet fits so I didn't need to worry about such extreme modifications!

I have a DP that I have been hard at work modifying since the board went down. I started by cutting out the visor area and filing it smooth. I then took some sand paper (10 different grits from 320 all the way to 20,000) and sanded the whole helmet. I then primed it and am now in the process of pain...
