Save the hassle of cutting and bondoing a TK bell, TB bells are easy to score and cut with a boxcutter.

I wasn't ready to carry my saberpike thats made out of wood for 3 miles around drunk people. It couldve been easily grabbed from my hands. The flight suit that you showed, has a problem with the sleeve pocket nothing would cover that.(That might be a hard pocket removal) Depending on how tall you are, the kama would cover the hip pockets, and the chest armor for the chest pockets.

You could ask me! :-) if you can find galactic marine gauntlets without any attachments, cut down the ends that would work. RT mod storm trooper chest plate. cut down the bottom edge looks great. hmm... Fiberglass or epoxy the inside, bondo the outside. Either or, sand it smooth and go from there. Structurally, keep the crack from becoming bigger.

I don't know about the dimple vents, it should be plain leather tho.

The hardest part about having regular gloves like that is covering up that wrist section. You'd be better trying to find gauntlet length gloves to tuck under forearm armor for around the same price.
