Re: A few questions
This may be a little late but my 2 cents.... 1. Helmet color looks fine I think. Another problem you will run into is indoor lighting vs outdoor can change the colors drastically. I have seen guards with the color way off. 2. for the bottom hem I think you could get away with this but not for going ...

Re: Help With Inner Robe Fabric Color
I cant say 100% just because things change from time to time. But I used the gaberdine for mine. I think its more durable and for the inner robe can be washed and I think it cost a lot less.

Re: Rubies Supreme Edition Helmet
The Rubies is approvable. When I did the above pics I used the visor that came with the helmet but its just too light. I now have a shield from a protective face shield (link below). They seem to be the perfect darkens. But if you are planning on doing a red visor then I would get the red gel and la...

Re: Another visor tinting option
I tried the spray tint and it was fine if you did not need to look through it up close. Interested to see if you get better results because I think would be a great option. I went with a Hobart 770580 Face Shield Replacement Lens, Shaded from amazon. These I found to be great as they are dark. Can n...

Re: Build A Helmet With pepakura
I also think if you added up all the cost of the resin, fiberglass, bondo, sandpaper, paint and LOTS of time. It may be a wash to just purchase a helmet.

Re: ROTJ Royal Guard Project- How to affix the sash?
I had the same problem so I sewed belt loops onto the robe and onto the sash and i run a belt through each. This allowes the sash to have play in it but stay inplace. This also allowes me to have my dh-17 in holster and its hanging from the belt not sash

Re: Rubies Supreme Edition Helmet
This is what I used for my robe and it matched the rubies helm pretty good. Figure some day if I get scratches I will match it. The rubies helm is very large. Dont let my pics fool you. I am 6'6" at 300+. Also in these three pics you can see the helm change color verses the robe just becuase I ...

Re: Rogue One Royal Guard CRL development.
Just my 2 cents worth.... I also think it needs to be taken into account that in the image from the book/magazine either the person or mannequin I believe is female and was not the intended person to wear that robe. I think the only reason the robe on the arm without the pike is bunched the way it i...
