Updated pics. Adding the snaps from the shoulders directly to the jumpsuit plus adding shoulder pads I think did the trick.

Update after last night. 1. My shoulders are hanging too low. Will have shoulder pads sewn into the inside of my jumpsuit and add velcro to attach the bells directly to the suit (along with the elastic strap around my puny biceps).
