Re: Ezcosplay
This costume has 2 arm holes so is not approvable for the rotj version but would be more applicable to other royal guard versions. The sash is not correct but could be remade. The layout doesn't appear to have pleats on the shoulders to create the "draping effect" listed on the crl. Also, ...

Re: Boots
The crl says no straps, buckles or ornamental stitching. The flap in back of that boot would likely need to go. I'm not confident that the overall style would work. You should send that pic to your gml directly and get their thoughts.
I have a feeling some would accept them but others would not.

When I click on your link it says the page is not found. So I can't really judge what you are referring to.

Re: ROTS Royal Guard Italy
Denuo Novo no longer sells royal guard helmets unfortunately. Occasionally they pop up on ebay however. Walts Trooper Factory on Facebook makes them. I have not used one so can't vouch for the quality but have heard good things here. You could modify a Rubies supreme helmet. I have one and don't lik...

Re: Good material to darken visor?
Interesting. I use an Anovos helmet and the visor is perfect. I wonder if they changed it?
I use 4 fans in my helmet to keep air moving. 2 wasn't enough for me.

If you go to the front page of the store (home page) in big bold letters is says, STORE CLOSED, NEXT WAVE FROM MAY 17TH TO 24TH.
Go to their page on May 17 and you will be able to place your order without problems.

Re: Need help finding helmet
Rubies will work with modifications. If you can find a used Anovos or Denuo Novo, they work great although are a tight fit. Walt's Trooper Factory on Facebook makes them as well, but I have no experience with them.

Re: JJ's ROTJ royal guard WIP
I also got my robes from Keep Trooping. The width of the shoulders was far too wide for me, so I had to have them tailored to fit the width or my shoulders better so they would hang and drape correctly, but the arm opening design and location was not a concern for approval. I'm a bit confused about ...

Re: New gloves/boots from Keep Trooping - 1/22/24
I received the updated gloves from KeepTrooping today. The color and length are great. But like previously stated, they are small. I normally wear a medium or large in men's gloves. My hands and forearms are not large by most standards. The previous L/XL fit perfectly (except for the length being to...

If anything, I wish they offered more products for more costumes. They are the best and almost only option for a lot of Royal Guard parts.
