I have a Walt's Trooper Factory helmet which came in two pieces and allowed to shape it size wise to my head which isn't large. The Rubies Extreme one if I remember right is great for larger heads.

Hello, Joshua! Welcome and good luck with the submission! Is this for the ROTJ version of the costume? The only things I noticed is that you have leather gloves and the center sash is usually connected in the back and has a 1 inch strip in the middle.

I used Rustoleum Gloss Regal Red and it was pretty solid.

I used one of those smaller Husky totes for the soft goods and then a custom helmet bag for the helmet. My force pike breaks down into 2 pieces.

Do you by chance have a pic of it?

I took a look in the Helmet Mods section of this forum and it looks like Don Post (DP) helmets are getting approved. Just make sure it goes with the CRL guidelines.
