Uhmmm, but I'm much better looking than Kir Kanos? So the scar and face stubble would be a requirement? I have the face stubble down and I guess I could go out and run my face over a skill saw to get the scar so it's doable .

I know Storm Troopers take their buckets off and sport Beret's, could we do that too? We could get Burgundy colored Berets and wear them when our buckets are off. I bought my rubber mats at Walmart . I bought 2 of them and they are the "Welcome" type mat about 1/4 " thick or so. Very thin material and very porous. I first cut out 7 pieces I believe (I will have to track down my templates, don't know if I saved them or not) and sprayed some wood...

That is just too cool.
