I've completed my forcepike (needs some cleaning up before showing off here) and purchased the boots, but I haven't done much since my last post. The gloves I had planned to buy are no longer available, so I'm back to square one on those...

I really like what you've done with your forcepike! Is the blue (painters tape?) supposed to be the discharge capacitor? Those are the ring thingies near the top in the diagram. I used garden hose o-rings for mine. Waiting for the paint to dry on those now, actually
