Might want to get a different under robe. Your matrix type isn't part of the standards and it not being velvet also hurts. Also should look at adding a lining to you outer robe. If you want reference pictures for anyone else, I can provide them from a troop covert and I did together on the 11/22/09....

I would say either you it is from FP Helmet or you did up a mold and casted it yourself

I have fans, 2 in fact. Just isn't doing to the trick. Perhaps just bad placement or maybe the fan itself. I am using small computer based fans. Wish I had a Squirrel or 2.

Replaced visor
Well, I ended up replacing my hard plastic visor with a 3 Layer mesh visor. Being in Florida the heat build up in my helmet was just to much with the hard plastic visor. I had to come up with something where I would have the best possible air flow and no fogging or sweat covering my visor (Big head)...
