I have seen a 3D model print before and it was quite small internally. Being 6' 2 does the helmet fit? I also think that if you are doing RoTJ the wider helmet hides the pleats you are going to need to put in the shoulders to get the waterfall drop on the front.

Your shoulders appear to be twisted, as in the top seam seems to be around the back. Be mindful of your hem height. You definetly do not want your velvet touching the ground I can see in some spots this is still the case. Definetly get someone to hem it while you are wearing it.
